Children’s Rights and Education Lawyer, appeared in this Ici Radio-Canada report on parent’s growing use of lawyers to assist when their children are being bullied in school. There is new legislation that encourages Ontario Public Schools to crack down and prevent bullying. But, sometimes schools are still more focused on academics to see and address bullying problems amongst their students. Students have a right to a safe environment that allows them to learn. Bullying takes away that safety and impairs a student’s ability to learn in school. This story describes how lawyers are stepping in to assist the victims of bullying.
